What we do
Artist Hands at Work produces original, hand-crafted, and designed sculptures and monuments. Our artwork can be created using a variety of metal works such as:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Other precious metals
A statement from the owner
Often, when an artist attempts to produce a representation of an individual, he or she is subjective in their work. Meaning that they concentrate more on the emotional, intangible aspects of that person and their own interpretations of their character, more so than their physical, more tangible aspects. While this may produce a fine piece of artwork, many times it may or may not be physically accurate. I have learned from master sculptures how to produce master works of art. I assured Halifax County that I would focus more on the physical details and tangible aspects of Dr. Martin Luther King, while at the same time doing so in a style benefitting his character. I am prepared to do the same for every other statue we produce.
